Akton Realty Corporation was formed in 1991 to acquire and develop retail properties for its own portfolio, as well as providing consulting, brokerage, advisory, management and other related commercial real estate services to owners of retail and investment properties. Akton provides a disciplined, focused effort that is implemented through extensive market knowledge and pro-active retail development, marketing and leasing strategies.
